The item is being mailed from Canada, so if you live in the USA please allow up to 20 days to get, Most of the time you get it within 1-2 weeks. International please allow up to 40-60 days depending where you live. Time frames are because everything must go through customs and sometimes they will hold a item for up to 10 days, this is out of my control. Thank you for understanding.

I do not give refunds on shipping... packaging, taxes , postal fuel sur-charge and bubble wrap if needed , these cost do not show on the stamp price that Canada Post charges, I have included these in the final shipping price.
As soon as I have sent the item, I will mark the order complete. Buyers are responsible for any custom and duty fees in their country. All sales are marked " SALE " for customs to see, we will NOT lie to a Government Customs Agent for any reason. Within Canada it can take 3 - 10 business days to arrive. For items going to USA it can take 5 – 20 business days, due to customs, this is out of my control. Items anywhere else or overseas please allow 20 – 90 days, due to customs, this is out of my control.
The shipping time frames are just a reminder to all my customers so I can get your packages to you with as much knowledge as possible on both sides. My over seas customers are so important to me. I ship my items fast as I can. If you are overseas I cannot always see where the item is once it's overseas. Please keep that in mind for delivery time.

If an addressee does not accept / pick up a package and the order is shipped back to me, a buyer covers repeat shipping costs.
Shipping will be to your Etsy account address so please make sure it is up to date and current.

If your item is damaged in transit or has not arrived , I will file a report with Canada post and or United States Postal Service. If you live overseas , there is not much I can do once it goes in to your country . If you item is damaged, I will replace the item once it has been returned to me for exchange or refund , If you want a refund the shipping cost will not be included. All customers must pay for shipping an item back to me.
Should your item end up lost, I will replace or refund money , minus shipping cost , once I receive confirmation from postal, normal wait time is 5-10 business days.
Please remember if shipping cost says less on the package then the amount you paid , I had already included the following items in with the shipping cost that I am asking you to pay " packaging, taxes , postal fuel charge and bubble wrap " if needed , these do not show on the stamp price that Canada Post charges, Again, I have included these in the final shipping price.
Cancellations for any order that we already started will not be fully refunded, we will only refund 50% of your total order, due to having to pay user fee's , selling fee's and due to us already starting on your order.
We will not refund or cancel Custom or Personalized orders.
