Generally, we ship via First-Class U.S. Mail, but if you're in a hurry we'll up speed things up for you. Just be sure to let us know ASAP.
We accept digital payments via Etsy's website, however we do not accept snail-mail payments.
Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are absolutely unhappy, let us know and we'll find a solution. In general, we'd prefer to avoid refunds but if that's what you want then we'll ask you to return the item you purchased at your expense, then we'll issue a refund. Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
