All orders shipping within the United States will ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you want insurance just let us know and we will set up a reserve listing for the purchase. Due to reliability reasons with USPS we do not ship overnight/express service.
Orders outside the continental United States will be shipped via International Priority to better assure it's delivery to buyers location. No first class shipping will be authorized for International orders. Tracking for said orders is a pay for service. Let us know if you wish to purchase this service. All International customers are responsible for any duties/fees/charges upon receipt of the order. Japan, Saudi Arabia, France, Romania and Mexico will be charged an additional $25 for a signed receipt delivery confirmation. Due to reliability issues we no longer ship to Germany and Spain. Any International order not received within 3 weeks should be brought to our attention immediately. Any notice of non delivery after 6 weeks will qualify for a product refund only, shipping will not be refunded on non delivered items after 6 weeks.
All orders will be shipped via their Paypal confirmed address not etsy address. This is a proven and more reliable address as it has been confirmed a good address.
If your item was lost in the shipping process and not received after ample time according to the USPS it is your responsibility as a buyer to file a claim with the USPS for reimbursement.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If the wrong product or a a defective product is received please accept my apologies. We will exchange that item if returned within 14 days of receipt of item. We ask that you check your order for completion and quality within 7 days of receipt. Shipping will not be refunded. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and must be returned in the same condition in which it was received (i.e. packing paper/bubble wrap, no broken containers or missing parts. This pertains to all orders. You WILL be charged a 15% re-stocking fee on stamps sets you do not like due to typeface design, ease of use, etc..... There will be no refund granted for buying the product and not liking the size, you may only exchange it for another item of equal or greater value.
All Customs Fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Under no circumstance are we responsible for paying any duties/fees on International orders. We ask that you check your order for completion and quality within 2 weeks of receipt.
