Vogue Individualist 1476, ca. mid to late 1980s, Issey Miyake - Misses' Coat, Shirt and Pants. Very loose-fitting, unlined coat, mid-knee, has front and back cut-in-one with collar (wrong side may show) and lower sleeves, yoke and upper sleeves cut-in-one, pockets and top-stitching hems. No Provision for sleeve adjustment. Full length sleeves. Very loose-fitting shirt has standing collar, dropped shoulders, low armholes, pocket, shaped hem and long sleeves pleated into button cuffs. Top-stitched facings and hems. Slightly tapered pants have shaped waistband and tab and buckle, pleated waist and pockets and mock fly zipper.

The Vintage Sewing Pattern Library is a subscription library that has been established for the preservation of vintage, and modern sewing patterns for future generations to come. Our aim is to be the largest pattern library in the World. Each pattern is held by the library in its original format and only a copy is sent out due the rarity and cost of these patterns. These patterns are to be used in accordance with the original manufacturer’s specifications and is for non-commercial use and research only. No copies or distribution of any material on loan to yourself, is to be borrowed/given/sold to a third party and the pattern is to be returned in its original condition. These patterns are loaned out for study and research use only. A penalty fee not exceeding £10 will be levied should the pattern be returned in an unacceptable condition, to cover the costs of copying, handling, etc. All patterns are to be treated with respect and to be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you. If you require a copy to mark and adjust, please ask for a copy, as there is an additional copy fee for this, but please remember that this pattern will also need to be returned to ourselves, and is sent to you uncut. Please also note that patterns NOT returned, and/or received by us, will be charged at a £20 replacement cost, which if not paid, in full, will result in your account being suspended, and no further patterns will be posted to yourself until the replacement cost has been made. Should the borrower continually be ‘losing patterns’ then your account will be permanently suspended, as well as your postal address.


Annual Subscription fee runs annually from the date of purchase. Presently the fees are at £170 per year (only £14.17 per month) for Standard Subscription, Student Membership is £125 annually (only 12.50 per month)which runs from Sept to June each year), and £100 (only £8.33) for Means Tested Benefit(in order to receive this discount, an original letter will need to be posted to ourselves as proof) Membership. These fees are non-refundable. Please note that an application to pay your fees by a monthly direct debit is available-please contact me should you wish to proceed this route instead. Once you have paid your subscription fee, feel free to order up to 2 patterns at a time for a period of 3 weeks (21 days from shipping). After this period the pattern/s is to be returned via its pre-paid envelope, at the service provider’s drop off point, to ourselves. Only once these have been received & checked will any new orders be posted out to you.
