♥ Physical items are shipped through Australia Post standard eparcel.
To check Australia Posts delivery times please check their website. Please note - Delivery to Perth, Townsville and Darwin can take 3 - 5 business days.
If you wish to upgrade to express post at an additional charge, please ask for a price prior to ordering.
All items are packed appropriately and sent via Australia Post e-parcel.
If you don't tell us that you need something delivered before a certain date, or choose an inappropriate method of delivery, unhappy upside down smiles can result. To avoid this disappointment, please check the delivery timeframes before you order.
♥ Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, on weekdays, barring public holidays.
Please note that this can change subject to order complexity, and when your final approval to print or despatch is received by Little Dance and also stock availability.
♥ Digital files are emailed - no physical item will be shipped to you. Digital files are emailed to the email address you used to sign up with Etsy or otherwise supplied.
We accept payment via paypal and credit card. Payment is required before your order can be started.

Additional return information
If you simply "change your mind" please be aware that Little Dance is under no obligation to issue a refund and as a general rule do not offer refunds. Like any business, we incur costs during the sale and delivery process.
♥ THE DESIGN I CHOSE HAS A PHOTO - WHAT SORT OF IMAGE SHOULD I SEND? We recommend you send us the highest quality images that you have, ideally between 300KB-2MB in size. Low resolution images (less than 300KB) will produce a less than optimum print result. Please only send images that you wish to see on your cards. If scanning images please set your scanner to a minimum of 300dpi. Do not crop or alter images in any way, we will do that for you as part of our process. We will also do any red eye removal and minor blemish removals. Please note also that the quality of the finished product is dependent upon the quality of the image that we are sent.
♥ HOW MANY PHOTOS SHOULD I SEND? If you are unsure of which photo to use you can send up to 2 photos and let us choose which will suit the best.
But please, to save your time and ours please only send the photos you would like to see in the design!
♥ CAN I MAKE ALTERATIONS ONCE I RECEIVE A PROOF? Absolutely, our price includes 2 proofs, additional proofs thereafter are $5.00 per proof.
Please note that once we have emailed you the final approved PDF or JPEG, any further changes will incur additional charges.
♥ COLOUR VARIATIONS Colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the finished product due to (but not limited to) different monitor settings, ambient light, monitor brands, monitor resolutions etc. Just like different television sets show different colours so do different monitors. Printing on different mediums may also create a colour variation.
