These flower's size can vary slightly as they're handmade. Please note: Due to lighting effects & monitor's settings, there might be some slight differences in the color tone/shade of the photo and the actual item.
Your order will be shipped out within 3-5 business days, small orders will be ship 1-3 business days. As a courtesy to our customers, you will be sent an email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.
I ship via USPS First Class Mail, transit sometimes takes 3-7 business days unless otherwise indicated by the customer.
Shipping time DOES NOT includes holidays and weekends. If you need your package sooner please me to add shipping upgrade with the proper shipping rates. Before you place you order, you must know that I am not responsible for lost/damaged items during transit.
Please note for all shipments once a package has left our possession and is in transit, we can not be held responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, acts of nature, or any other circumstance beyond our control. While we do rely on the postal or shipping organizations, we can not be responsible for your shipment once it leaves our control. No refund will be given for shipping charges.
If your package it's late and has not arrived the day you expected it, please let us know, and if is already in transit, please call USPS Costumer Service 1-800-275-8777 and they will give you and help you with more information.
We accept payment through Pay Pal, e-check or direct check out using your personal credit card. All orders must be paid in full at the time order is placed and prior to shipping. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account in order to make your payment through PayPal. You can click on the option that says you do not have a PayPal account and it will take you to our PayPal shopping cart so that you can proceed with your credit card information or e-check.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if for some reason you are not, please let us know within 24 hrs. of receiving your merchandise and we will address your concerns.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hrs. of receipt along with a photo of the damaged merchandise so that we can send you a replacement. The item must be returned to us within one week from the date you receive it. If the item is not what you expected and you want to return it, the customer is responsible for any return postage. A refund will be given less shipping costs and any applicable re stocking fee. For example, if I shipped the items to you in a box using USPS priority mail you must ship them back in a box with priority mail. Price of the items will be refunded minus the shipping charges.
