I ship all packages via USPS and FedEx, unless otherwise noted. All packages include a tracking number and insurance. In the event that a package arrives damaged, please be sure to keep all packing materials AND the box for documentation. I will need the customer to send me photos of the damaged item and the packaging in order to file an insurance claim. USPS sometimes requires the recipient to surrender the package to the post office for further inspection. This is a very important step and I will not be able to give a refund unless the buyer follows these instructions. A refund will be given after I have received a refund from USPS. IMPORTANT: *The buyer is responsible for the package once it is marked "delivered" by the postal service. I am not responsible for stolen or missing packages, and I will not be able to give a refund. I will be happy to include delivery confirmation on packages upon request.
I am more than happy to combine shipping, and I will refund any shipping overages over $2.00. I will give the best possible rate, according to your location.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All sales are final unless I have listed something incorrectly or made a mistake in the item description, in which case you will be given a full refund within 2 weeks of item purchase.
