Items are Shipped via courier from Canada who drives our parcels to the US border, and Items get shipped through the USPS. Most items to the US take 4 - 5 Business days to arrive once shipped. All US parcels will receive a tracking # to track their package.
Canadian orders please expect 7 - 10 days. Toronto, or southern Ontario can be 1 - 4 days.
Please note I do not offer express or overnight shipping.
I am happy to ship internationally. Please advise if you would like to upgrade your shipping to include Tracking. The prices for International shipments do not include Tracking, and can take 4-5 weeks to arrive.
Note: We are not responsible for postal or customs delays. Buyers are responsible for any duty or custom charges if applicable. Note to international buyers: Some countries may charge VAT and/or customs and/or additional charges on imported items. These additional charges are not included in my listing prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. My shop does not collect or profit from these additional charges. All items purchased from my shop will be marked as merchandise and valued at the actual purchase price on customs forms.

Please look into what fees are required at your local post office BEFORE purchasing from our shop. Any fees charged by your customs office are the responsibility of the buyer and not Ella's Attic Vintage. If you're unaware about policies or additional fees please contact your local postal office to familiarize yourself with any added costs that need to be paid on arrival in order to receive your package.
We happily accept payment via PayPal as well as Direct Checkout through Etsy. Please know that your payment is SAFE, as Etsy will NEVER disclose your credit card information. You can use your credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account. Note: All of our prices include sales tax.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
Returns The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed upon between the seller and buyer. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned, undamaged for a refund. A refund minus the cost paid for shipping will be applied to the initial method of payment.
Local PickUp is Offered~ I live in Oakville close to Misissauga. I do offer pickup local pickup. Message me for a coupon code which will give you free shipping.
I can not guarantee shipping times. Items will be shipped by the listed shipping date, however once they are shipped, I have no control over the time it takes for the parcels to be received. If you require an item for a certain date, and do not receive it, you may return it, for a refund, minus postage paid to ship. You also will be responsible for return postage.
The nature of vintage items are that they are previously used and have vintage charm. These are previously used and loved items and as such, some wear is expected. We do our best to reflect in our listings and pictures, a detailed condition of the item listed. Should you have additional questions, please ask us before purchasing. Our item descriptions are as accurate as possible. Clear photographs are taken and we do our very best to describe each item and to indicate any major defects, crazing, repairs or damage.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS AND REFUNDS
We package our items with great care to ensure their safe delivery to your home, however, travelling sometimes involve handling which can lead to accidents, broken or damaged items.
If you receive broken or damaged items, we will reimburse you the cost of the items plus the shipping you paid.
1. Contact us immediately upon receipt of the item(s) and inform us of the situation
2. Provide us with detailed photographs of the damaged items and packaging the item was shipped in.
Once the above criteria is met, REFUNDS are issued via PAYPAL or your original method of payment and are processed within 3 business days.
