All shipping is through USPS. Once you have made your purchase, your items are shipped out within 1-3 days. Please note that according to the U.S. post office any package over 13oz must be shipped by Priority Mail. If the item weighs over 1lb, the First Class shipping option is not available. Also, if you purchase more than one item from my shop, Etsy will not automatically combine shipping. If the shipping total turns out to be less than what you originally paid for, I will refund the overage paid in shipping to you.
I ask that payment be made upfront. Custom orders will not be started, and ready-to-sell items will not be mailed until payment is made online.
At events/festivals/craft shows, credit cards and cash is accepted. We apologize that we do not accept checks.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If the item does not meet your expectations and you are not completely happy with your purchase, please send me a message with the reason for your dissatisfaction before posting a negative review. This provides me with the opportunity to create the best products for you that meet your satisfaction, as well as future customers. Upon receipt of the message, I will respond and discuss options including returning the original product for credit or refund. Depending on the situation, the buyer may be responsible for the original and return shipping costs.

- Do you do bulk orders? I do! Let me know what you have in mind before placing your order, and I will create a special Etsy listing just for you.
- Do you mail internationally? I currently only mail within the United States, but I am open to mailing internationally. Please, contact me before placing an order if you live outside of the U.S.
- Will my item come from a smoke free establishment? Absolutely! No smoking here. ;)
- Are you currently open to collaborating with other makers? Sure! Contact me, and we will get our creative juices flowing!
- Do you gift wrap items? I love making your gift purchases special. Message me before your purchase, and I will do my best to make your package festive.
