Shipping within the United States from Lee's Summit, MO. Shipping rates via USPS is listed with each item. If you would like insurance or another method of shipping please convo me to work out the details.
If purchasing furniture or large items that cannot be shipped USPS the buyer assumes all responsibility and expenses for making shipping arrangements. In most cases we will be able to give you an estimate of the costs from another shipper. Items must be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase. They may be picked up from the downtown area of Kansas City, MO.
Prices are posted with shipping charges noted. If there is no shipping charge listed for furniture it is because the buyer must arrange shipping method and assume all related cost. I accept direct checkout through Etsy or payment via Paypal and will ship within 3 days of payment received unless notified otherwise. If buyer has not contacted shop within a week following the sale then the sale will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed.
Returns & exchanges
Minimal need for refunds is expected as the items will be accurately pictured and described. If an item must be returned please contact the seller before returning. The buyer is expected to assume all responsibility for packaging and postage for returning the item. These items are vintage and by definition may have some signs of wear. We will do our best to photo and describe imperfections.
Please ask any questions that you may have about an item prior to making a purchase. If you need more information about an item or additional pictures to make a purchase decision please convo me.
I will accept returns. If you would like to return an item:
You must contact me within 48 hours of delivery (will be confirmed via tracking) to let me know you would like to return the item(s) and the item(s) must be returned to me within 48 hours (postmarked) of that email contact. The return shipping cost is the buyer's sole responsibility and will not be refunded. I do recommend that you insure any returned items and include tracking so that the item is covered in the event that I receive it in damaged condition or if it gets lost/stolen while in transit. The item must be returned in the condition that it was shipped in. Items cannot be damaged, missing parts or altered in any way. Providing that this policy is followed the full purchase price minus the original shipping will be refunded.
Insurance will not be included in the purchase price if not specifically stated. If it is specified as priority shipping that does include insurance. If you do not contact me before purchase to add the insurance cost the item will ship uninsured at your own risk. You will be considered to have declined insurance if you have not contacted me before purchase and have not paid for it. If you have declined as outlined previously then the item will ship without insurance and I cannot be responsible for damage, loss or theft.
I do want all of my customers to be happy. I simply have this policy to protect all of my customers, current and future, in addition to my shop. I intend to be as accurate as possible in describing the item and really do not expect problems in this area.
Under most circumstances that we will ship within 3 days of receiving payment, and will let you know if there is a delay for any reason.
