This is a vintage and collectable paper sewing pattern. It is for a set of 3 ladies' dresses with shoulder pads. They have a zip fastening at the back and are worn with a belt. There is a choice of lengths for two skirt styles; flared or pencil (straight). The pattern was made by Butterick in 1987 and the packet states that the pattern is for sizes 12-16. The pattern number is 5756 and is part of the Family Circle collection.
It has, at some point, been cut into its individual pieces. Generally, this is for a size 14 but it appears to have been customised. However, it has been checked and the set of pieces appears to be complete. The original instructions are also still present. This item is in overall good condition.
