All order will mail out with 72 hours of payment received, provided it is on a regular business day, not a holiday or weekend.
All orders are shipped through the United States Post Office with tracking and, where noted, insurance.
My preferred payment method is through Paypal, however Money Orders are also accepted. Please be aware that payments made with Money Orders shall have to clear before items may be sent to buyer.
If paying by e-check, this too shall have to clear before merchandise can be sent to you. Please note that e-check payments may take as long as 7 days to clear.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds will be accepted with 48 hours of receipt. I ask that you contact me before returning the item. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once item has been received and is in satisfactory condition, refund shall be credited to customer through paypal.
