Whenever possible, I ship the day after the order is placed and paid for, using USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or Retail Ground. In the case of multi-item orders, any shipping/handling overage will be refunded thru paypal.
Many of my items may be shipped Internationally. I am not responsible for parcels that leave the USA safely and are lost or damaged abroad. Any customs fees or VAT fees charged by your country are your responsibility.
I use recycled shipping supplies.
Please pay through Paypal or DC immediately following your purchase. If you don't have a Paypal account, you may still pay through them using a credit card.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I hope what you order will be as I have described it, but if not, we'll work something out within 7 days of delivery, using Etsy convos.
Most of my glassware orders are insured, so if anything arrives broken, please save all the packing supplies and the broken pieces and contact me asap. I will need photos of these in order to collect the insurance and refund you.
When you return an item after messaging first and the fault is mine, you will receive a full refund. For your lack of reading description or change of heart, you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
