I am happy to offer combined shipping. If you would like combined shipping, please contact me to make arrangements. For smaller items I usually ship by USPS First Class Mail and for larger items I usually use USPS Priority Mail. Large parcels (such as lamps or large sets) usually ship via Parcel Post and may be sent in more than one box. Shipping upgrades are available on most listings to allow for faster delivery. Most items ship in 1 or 2 days. If you need an item shipped the same day, please contact me.
For orders outside of the US I use USPS First Class International shipping for most items and USPS Priority on larger and more valuable items. I ship all over the world, but please keep in mind that customs charges, import duties and taxes vary by country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
I'm always happy take returns when an item arrives and doesn't fit, is no longer needed or doesn't meet expectations. To initiate a return/refund please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be shipped back within 30 days and a tracking number provided. Once the return arrives I will issue a refund. Refund for the original item price will be issued if the return is for an item that doesn't fit or is no longer needed. A refund for the original item price and shipping will be issued if the item is being returned after arriving to the buyer damaged or defective.
I may be unable to process a refund if I am not contacted first or no tracking number is provided. If an item is returned due to failure to pay customs charges, incorrect or incomplete address or failure to pick up from post office I can issue a refund for the item price but not the original shipping.
