Shipping time is posted in each listing under shipping and policies and in most cases, I ship promptly, within 3 to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) of receiving cleared payment. I will send you a message when I ship.

Custom orders or special items may have a longer shipping time which will be under shipping and policies on the listing page. When placing a custom order the shipping time will be discussed prior to your purchase.

If I am on vacation, yet have my shop open and you have made a purchase, check for my next shipping date upon my return in my shop announcements.

If you have not received a message from me, stating that your item has been shipped by the date stated in the listing and on your order, please check your email and messages through Etsy, as I may be trying to contact you about your order or mailing address and am awaiting your reply. Also check your spam email folder.

I use the shipping address that is provided by you with your Etsy receipt. Please make sure this address is correct at time of making payment. Your address must be the recommended USPS mailing address, for me to ship off your item/s. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address or an unconfirmed USPS address and your item is not received or is returned to me, you will be required to pay another ship fee for me to reship your item/s to you. Items that are sent to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, or if you have provided an unconfirmed USPS shipping address or shipping service is unable to deliver your item; product price and shipping will not be refunded if item is lost or misplaced. If item is returned in its original condition and is a saleable item, product price will be refunded less any shipping and handling fees.

Be proactive about receiving your mail when ordering an item. A tracking # is provided that you can check online for approximate time of arrival and delivery messages. Be aware that bad weather or holiday season may delay mail delivery service. Have a safe place to receive your mail, check with your post office and pick up mail timely, if notice has been left. Once postal service posts package has been delivered, I am not responsible for theft. Contact me immediately within 24 hours of receiving your item, if it is damaged with photo/s of item and packaging.

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping is generally by USPS. Occasionally UPS, Fed Ex, Greyhound Express or another shipping method or freight company may be used if item requires it and you will be notified. It depends on the size, shape and weight of the package. If item ships Greyhound, you must have a Greyhound Terminal you can drive to for pick up of your item. Please consider this before purchasing.

I do most all of my shipping online and this service includes tracking. This is included in your ship fee.

The listed ship fee is for USPS First Class Mail, if weight of item allows, or USPS Priority Mail is preferred, if over 13 oz. If the item is a book or meets the requirements of USPS Media Mail rates that ship fee will be listed and item will be shipped USPS Media Mail. Occasionally, I will ship USPS Standard Post or Parcel Select on large packages, which will take a longer delivery time. I ship the least expensive way if at all possible. If you would like a different method, want to know the method that your item will be shipped or have any questions about the shipment method of your item, please contact me before purchasing. If you need your item right away and want it to be shipped faster, such as Express Mail, please contact me for a upgrade ship quote, and I will try my very best to accommodate your needs.

Items that will be shipped by UPS, Fed Ex, Greyhound or other freight companies will need a contact phone number from the buyer at the item's destination. Please be ready to provide a contact phone number so that your item will ship out timely. I will be contacting you by Etsy message requesting this information.

If I have miscalculated your shipping and handling fee and it is more than $2.00, I will gladly refund you the difference. Remember, I do have costs associated with shipping, such as envelopes, boxes, packing materials, ship tape, traveling to and from post office or shipping location, etc. I do go green and ship with sustainable recycled boxes and packaging whenever possible to save you $ and the earth!

Insurance:
Insurance is provided as an option for each person and all items, for both domestic and international purchases. There is a shipping upgrade fee to buyer, so please contact me before paying for your item/s if you would like to insure your item/s, so I may adjust your invoice accordingly. If you select NOT to insure your package and it is lost, misplaced or damaged in the mail, I cannot be responsible and a refund will not be considered. Items shipped USPS Priority Mail domestically within the US are insured up to $100, so if you would like your item shipped USPS Priority Mail, contact me before you purchase your item. If your item/s are over $100, you will be responsible for the the additional cost of insurance. I give special attention to each and every item I ship with proper packing materials and labeling.

For any and all items that are received damaged, you must be sure to keep all pieces of the item, packaging including box, envelope and inside packing materials that may need to be provided to make your insurance claim. Contact me right away within 24 hours of receiving item and provide photos of damaged item/s and or packaging. You will need to make the insurance claim and I will help you through the process on my end. Insurance only covers the actual cost of the item/s, not the shipping fee. Do not ship item back to me as it will nullify the insurance claim.

If you have provided an incorrect shipping address and your item is returned to me, you will need to pay another ship fee, for me to reship your item to you.

I welcome international orders.

I do offer First Class International Mail for Canada and other countries in some listings. If you do not see your country listed, feel free to contact me for a quote. Request Priority Mail or Express Mail if you would like your item quicker and I will upgrade your ship fee to reflect that.

I am starting to offer USPS First Class International package mail on some eligible items to other countries. First Class International Mail, which does cost less, but may take approximately 15 business days to 8 weeks or longer for delivery, including passing through customs. Please contact me if you need your item quicker, by USPS Priority or Express Mail and I will upgrade your ship fee to reflect that.

USPS tracking number will be provided on your purchase and USPS postal service usually posts to the point of leaving the US, but not all countries post tracking within their countries. Please be aware of this. Insurance is an additional fee to customer and is strongly suggested for international purchases.

International orders will need to email me prior to purchasing for accurate shipping fees or insurance prior to purchasing. I do combine shipping on purchases from different listings when it is feasible to pack items together, so please contact me, to save you dollars.

I will not declare a purchase as a gift to avoid custom fees, duty fees or taxes. This is a federal offense and carries severe penalties.

Custom fees, VAT fees, duty fees, import fees or taxes or any kind of imposed fees by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are imposed by the receiving country and are NOT included in the product or shipping fee and will be expected to be paid by the buyer to the shipping service when item is picked up or delivered. Be aware of this. You can contact your country's custom office to find out what these fees may be prior to purchasing items internationally. If you have ordered an item, I suggest you be proactive and check with your post office to see if they have a package for you, as all mail couriers do not always leave attempted delivery notices in mailboxes. If item/s are returned to sender, due to you not paying the fees imposed by your country or you not picking up the package, you forfeit the item/s purchase price and ship fees paid. If the item is returned to me and you would like item to be re-shipped, you will be required to pay for shipping fees again.

If you are an international buyer and have a PO Box as your shipping address, you will need to provide a telephone number as contact information prior to shipping your item. Be sure to provide this information, so that we may ship your item out timely. It is required for online shipping, so that we can provide you with a tracking number and your country's postal service is able to contact you for package delivery. In some cases, a PO Box address is not allowed for international shipping, so be sure you provide a street address for your item to be delivered to.

In most cases, international sales are FINAL due to the shipping fees, so read listing carefully, view all photos and ask any questions you may have before buying. Shipping fees or return shipping fees are not refundable.

U.S. Domestic payments:

1) Direct checkout through Etsy by credit card.

2) Paypal payment. in USD funds only. It's fast and easy for both sides.

Payment by Paypal should be submitted at the time the order is placed. All major credit cards and e-checks are accepted through PayPal. You can pay with a credit card through PayPal without actually having a PayPal account. It is free, simple to use, and a secured website. Paypal E-check payments will have to be cleared through Paypal and this may take a few days; generally about 4 business days.

Sales tax is applied to all purchases from Oklahoma.

3) I do accept personal checks that are pre-printed numbered, with name, address and phone number drawn on a US bank. US domestic purchases ONLY. Please allow time for bank clearance on checks and money orders before item is shipped - up to 7-10 business days. Payment should be sent out immediately within 48 hours of purchase and send me a message through Etsy conversation when you have mailed it.

Returns & exchanges

If unhappy with a purchase, please notify me through Etsy conversation within 24 hours of receiving item/s for return or exchange consideration. If item/s is damaged, notify me within 24 hours of tracking # receipt of item with description and photographs (details below). Items that may not be returned or exchanged are noted below.

Returns or exchanges can be only accepted that are postmarked within 7 days of receipt of item, posted in USPS tracking. Contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of item and return must be approved by me prior to returning.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged as noted below because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

No refunds or exchanges on custom orders or made to order items. Materials and time have been put into the production of your item and it is made especially for you. When ordering a custom item, be sure to plan for plenty of shipping time for items to arrive before hand if you need it by a specific date. Before ordering you will be given a time frame in which your item will ship. Be sure to consider busy seasonal, weather, international shipping or customs delays, etc. Items shipped before or on scheduled time and not received in time for your event are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please make note that all items such as books, patterns, photos, recipes, greeting cards, illustrations, paper ephemera or any written printed matter are not returnable or refundable items due to photo copying, tracing, scanning, etc. No returns or exchanges due to change of mind or if you have purchased an incorrect pattern size.

PDF file purchases, digital downloads, instant printable items and similar type items that include recipes, photographs, images, etc. that are sent to you through a link, through your Etsy shop, in email internet services are not eligible for cancellation, exchange or refund due to the nature of the transaction. It is your responsibility to have Adobe Reader program or other similar program, so that you are able to download the file to view.

No refunds or exchanges on seasonal gift bags, cellophane bags or treat bags. If item is damaged upon receipt, you must notify me immediately within 24 hours of receipt of item and before use of item for an exchange of same or similar item of same price.

Occasionally, I may negotiate the price of an item upon buyers message request. Any item negotiated for a lesser price than the original asking price, purchased and received for a lesser price is a FINAL SALE. The item will be marked as a CUSTOM SALE item and is not returnable. No exchanges, returns or refunds.

Other than items as mentioned above, a refund will gladly be given for the product price, minus any shipping costs upon return of item in original condition. You must notify me by email for approval of return or exchange prior to returning item/s, so I can give you return code and specific return information. Item must be returned by same method as shipped to you with tracking # and insurance if applicable, and I will give you that information. Original shipping fees or return shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns that do not follow procedure as stated above or if I am not contacted for approval of return, returns that do not meet the 7 day return postmark date, tracking # that has not been provided, item that is returned not in original condition whether altered or damaged in any way, damaged due to lack of proper packaging or package lost in mail will not be refunded and will be at the buyer's expense and loss.

Item must be returned in original saleable condition. Any item/s exposed to smoke, perfume or other odors or tried to be covered up with Febreeze or another scent will not be considered for a return, refund or exchange. Keep this in mind when requesting a return.

In most cases, international sales are FINAL due to the shipping fees, so read listing carefully, view photos and ask questions before buying. Sorry, no original shipping fees or return shipping fees are refundable.

I take pride and do my very best to disclose, describe and show in photos the entire item/s and any imperfections an item may have. Read listing carefully and view all photos in detail. In some cases when the item is vintage or antique, it is impossible to note and show a photo of every imperfection, so be sure to view all photos as part of the description as well. Please look at pictures carefully and use the zoom option for closer viewing. If you would like to see more photos of an item or have any questions or there is something that is not clear or you would like to use the item for something in particular and are not sure, please contact me prior to purchasing.

Additional policies

I will hold items on reserve for 48 hours and they need to be purchased and paid for within that time frame. I may extend a reserve time period for you upon request. If you would like to reserve item/s for an extended period of time I may require a non-refundable deposit to be determined, as well as time-frame for the reserve.

If you have made a purchase from me and find a reason that you need to contact me, please do so through Etsy conversations for a quicker response. My email address is often filled up and it may take me awhile to weed through it and get to your message to reply to you.

I make every effort to accurately describe and photograph my items. Be sure to read listing carefully before purchasing and make sure to check out the dimensions of the item to be sure it is the size you want or as you imagine it would be.

Please be aware that the color of items may differ to a degree due to different color settings on each individual monitor or screen that the item is being viewed. Read listing as in most cases I will describe the color, also. If you are wanting to match an item you have, please feel free to contact me for further discussion.

Some of my items are created from previously used, recycled materials such as vintage textiles and linens, clothing or other items. Items that can be washed, are thoroughly washed and cleaned by me before I begin creating with them. Other items are cleaned according to their product and material makeup.

Please note that some of my items are vintage or antique and probably will show age, use, imperfections, wear and tear, which adds to the beauty and charm of the item. Vintage or antique items in most cases have been used and handled many times and will not be perfect. Every effort is made to describe the item in detail, but I may not be able to mention every crease, nick or bump, etc. Read the description carefully and view all the photos provided and use zoom option for closer viewing. If you would like to see more photos of an item, please feel free to request them. Please feel free to contact me with any questions that you might have or something that I have not mentioned prior to placing your order. I am more than happy to answer any questions.
