I ship most items next day, I use USPS with Tracking for the all of my items a few are USPS Priority and they come with $50 insurance coverage.... Items over $50 will include an extra fee for Insurance upgrade depending on the value of the item.
Cost of shipping Glassware: I take great care in wrapping and packaging the glassware I sell, so the cost of the shipping is due to my time, consideration and protection of your purchased items. Most items will be shipped Flat Rate Priority Mail. $7.20 to $18 is the general ratio for shipping glassware and larger items. (this cost is not me, it's USPS)
I ship only to the USA and my shipping prices are always USA priced.
I am not responsible for item(s) once they are marked delivered, or if they show any progress with USPS tracking and I can't guarantee handling and delivery by a 2nd party.
Pending payment - echecks and alike, when the payment is Pending the funds are not actually in the acct, b/c it's pending. So, if you use an e-check or your payment shows pending. The item(s) will be shipped after the payment has cleared. I'm sorry for any confusion. Sometimes the payment won't clear, for whatever reason, it's happened to my customers several times. But, be aware your item(s) will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared.
Returns & exchanges

Additional return information
All items are as is, No returns. I do my best to only post quality items Vintage to hand create. Note: I will only accept authorized items to be returned and only if I have caused an issue, to which in store credit will be given upon return of item at buyers expense.
Any items "returned" and without authorization will be subject to return at the senders expense. If you decline to pay for reshipping of your item, you forfeit the item and I will donate it or re sell it and donate the funds from it, to a charity of my choice.
Lost items, I use USPS with Tracking and I'm not responsible once the shipper has the item. Stolen: (If you won't be home ask a neighbor to watch for it) I am not responsible for stolen items, especially if they have been listed as Delivered. Once delivered you would need to take that up with your local PD and Post office.
Damages: Again, I use USPS with tracking and each item will have insurance. Take photos and contact your local Post office or me. We'll try to figure it out together. In some rare cases an in store credit may be issued upon return of item(s), as I do not refund and especially if caused by a 2nd or 3rd party.
It could happen so, In the rare event that I feel I am subject to refunding you, you'll be refunded amt of item(s) plus shipping fee. I may request the items return prior to refunding. (amt would include shipping and would need a receipt on amt of shipping back to me) so I could include that in the total.
Coupons: If any, are always listed in our store announcement and MUST be added at time of check out or we can't honor them and can't refund. So please, be sure to always check our store announcement so, that you can save using our monthly coupon deal.
