Charmios ships supplies the next business day from when the order is received. Handmade items have different turnaround times and are outlined in the individual listings. We ship via USPS First Class, Priority and Express (shipping options are available at check-out). Once USPS accepts and scans the package, you will be emailed a tracking number and can track your package by going to USPS.com. If the status of your package is not updating or is delayed, please call USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.
Since Etsy cannot accurately calculate shipping on behalf of the shop owner based on weight class, box size and geographic location, our shop policy is to refund excessive shipping overages in excess of $2.00, minus transaction fees.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Perishable and handmade items are NOT eligible for a refund. We do accept returns of unused items but do not refund the shipping charge -- unless we are at fault. If we mailed an item to you and it was incorrect, we of course will correct the mistake at no cost to the customer.
