I aim to despatch any orders within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment, unless otherwise specified. UK orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Second class or an upgrade is available for First class and larger heavier items with Myhermes. Outside the UK will be Royal Mail's airmail service or MyHermes depending on the country to be despatched to and the item being sent. All deliveries sent via MyHermes are track-able, once items are shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please inform me straight away of any issues upon the items arrival and I will endeavour to solve the issue as required. Refunds will be given upon return of a damaged item.
