The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We try our best to accurately represent our items but due to monitor variations and pictures not always looking the same as real life, we can't guarantee all items will be identical to the picture. If you are unhappy with a product from us please contact me and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We are a family owned business with two young children that often help out. On occasion mistakes can be made, but we try our best to make sure every order is perfect. If a mistake is made please contact me asap and I will issue a full refund, or exchange for a similar item.
Our items are made by hand and most use natural fibers. No two items are exactly alike. Some important things to note:
*Our items are priced based on the fibers used. Please check micron levels for the softness of the item. Some will be courser than others. *Wool products can contain VM such as pieces of grass, hay, etc. The luxury items tend to have much less than the lower cost fibers. *Hand Dyed items tend to run/bleed, and please expect it during the first wash cycle. *Wool products require special care and can felt if not handled properly.
