**100% Colorado Alpaca Fiber from Responsible Farms**

BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE ALPACA FARMER. All of our products are from our own animals or our friends' farms in Northern Colorado. We care about our animals and know them all by name - we believe you should too! Our fiber come with information about the animal's name, breed, and location. Your finished piece that you spin, knit, crochet, weave, etc. will tell a story. We believe that knowing the animal who provided the fiber is an important part of that story.

YAK AND MERINO WOOL ROVING in natural brown. 30% Yak and 70% Merino Wool. Made into a pin roving which is perfect for spinning. Soft and warm, this roving is free of any dyes or chemicals making it perfect for a soft, warm, non-itchy, yarn. You can spin directly from the roving, or blend with other fibers to adjust your yarn.

As low as $6.25/oz when you buy a skein worth of fiber. Best yak roving pricing you will find!

A little bit more about the animals. Tinley is a momma yak who lives on a farm outside of Fairplay, Colorado. She is an excellent momma (seen in the picture with her calf in 2016) and has very soft fiber. This fiber is from her 2016 shearing which we then cleaned and processed with our friends at a Colorado mill who blend with local brown/black merino wool and then card the fiber into this soft pin roving. Each part of our process involves a small business/farm in Colorado bringing you a fully MADE IN AMERICA product and Colorado Proud participant.

You can learn more about our company at and can also find educational videos and other fiber arts resources. We love to see finished products! Please tag us on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook @FromFarmtoYarn . Who knows? We might pick you to win some free product.
