Welcome to It's Bowtastically Cute! I am a single mom who loves making adorable hair and pet accessories that are fun and and can be worn daily. I've been making bows since 2014 and Collars/Harnesses since 2017. All bows and collars are handmade. I am also a Wholesale Reseller for some of the top US Ribbon Designers.
What is US Designer Ribbon? Most designers are moms who love using ribbon to display their artistic talents on. Each print holds a copyright with the original designer. They are made using a silk screen process or the highest level of digital printing available. These prints are limited to 500-1,200 yards on any color ribbon base. They are printed 1 time to maintain their exclusivity. Prints are not large volume commercially produced. All use led free inks. Most of my ribbons are printed on Yama ribbon. These solid ribbons are colorfast and will not bleed.

Your ribbon order to process will take 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to prepare for shipment. Once shipped you will receive ribbon in 5-7 postal days. Shipments can take up to 2 weeks to receive once shipped, depending on location and weather conditions.
All shipments are photographed prior to shipping. You have 72 hours after your package is shown delivered to dispute box contents or quality. Please don't contact me 2 weeks later stating your shipment is wrong. In this digital age it's easy to omit items from pictures, claiming you did not receive them. If there is an error on my end please contact me as soon as you open your box. If the missing item is in my possession, I will ship it the following postal day in a priority box. In the event that item isn't found and it's apparent I didn't pack it, I will give you store credit or refund that item.
All orders are shipped in a hard box or polly mailer and packaged to withstand moisture exposure, incase the box or polly mailer becomes wet. If your shipment becomes damaged please photograph prior shipment. Please, if items are damaged do not remove from packaging.
It is not uncommon for there to be printing goofs on ribbon. Very seldom are there any printing errors. If there is a substantial damage spot in you ribbon please contact me ASAP with a photo of the printing defect. A defect is a section of 12" containing continuous errors.
Please note that all packages ship USPS First Class. If your package is lost you will get store credit to purchase again. Yardage might not be available to suffice original order. If you want to add insurance in case of a loss so that you recover monetary losses please contact me so I can invoice you for insurance.
If your order shows delivered but you didn't get it, please contact your post office to obtain a GPS location. Make sure the address you are shipping to is the address on your accounts. I will not ship to any other address you request to have it sent to. If you are moving, please request your PO to forward your mail, by filling out a mail forwarding card. If you are going out of town, request your mail to be held. If you live in an area where packages tend to disappear, request your packages to be held. My responsibility ends once your package shows delivered.
If your package is in fact stollen please file a police report on that package. I will offer store credit only, if a police report on that package is filed. Mail theft is a federal crime. Please acquire proper documentation to prove it was not physically received by you. Once a police report is provided I will then discuss your options.
If your package does not show delivered and is past the max shipping time for First Class (30 days) please contact me. If the package can not be located you will be offered a store credit to replace the value of that shipment. Most items can be remade. I will work to my best ability to satisfy your original shipment.
Refunds will be given when you have satisfied PayPal or Etsy's return policy. To receive a full refund you must return in original packaging, unopened, and unworn condition. Please refer to PayPal or Etsy's return guidelines to initiate a return.
Do not threaten me if you do not like my terms, by leaving a poor review in retaliation. It is your responsibility to read my terms, turnaround times and descriptions prior to purchasing. You will be reported to Etsy's Dispute Resolution Team if you attempt to jeopardize my business reputation in a malicious manner.
