We gladly ship packages once the payment has been fully received. All items are shipped to address in Paypal unless you contact me to do so otherwise. Please check to make sure your address is correct with Paypal.
Our shop is closed on Monday and Tuesday, so purchases made after-hours Sunday, on Monday and Tuesday will ship on Wednesday. All other purchases ship no later than the following day. Thanks!!
We love to ship internationally!! If your country imposes any duties or taxes, they are to by paid by you.

Returns & exchanges
RETURN / EXCHANGE
All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and be brought back in original shelf condition. Returns or exchanges for online purchases may be made in-store. Please be sure to bring a copy of your receipt or order number.
Yarn, thread and fiber items in original unused condition may be returned within 90 days. Those items will receive store credit or be eligible for exchange. Yarn or thread that has been wound in to a ball, wound on to a cone, or kept in a smoke-filled environment is not returnable.
If we have made a mistake by sending you the wrong item, or if you have received something that is damaged or defective, please call us during normal business hours at 936-825-3378 or send us an e-mail at any hour at email@example.com. We will do everything we can to fix the problem.
No refunds will be given for original shipping or handling costs. Any shipping costs incurred for the return of the item is to be paid by the customer. All return shipments must be insured. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in shipping.
Looms and wheels are special order items and must be paid in full prior to pick up or shipping. We will only accept a return of a wheel or loom if it is still in it's original unopened package.
We try to take accurate pictures, but remember colors can vary due to different types, models and settings of monitors.
