Additional return information
A manufacturing error will be expediently rectified with a replacement product. This includes events such as receipt of the incorrect product or model of product, mis-drilled holes, loose pipe stems, stems which are shorter than the range of length ordered in the provided option box, and other such errors, but does not include variations such as wood grain, color, and slight proportion differences, as each piece is unique and made one at a time.
