Can I have more than one design in the 24?
Unfortunately not stickers automatically print in 24s so all stickers must be identical.
I only want 20 I need 30? can I have another price?
Sorry no stickers are sold and priced according to the amount of sheets it takes to make them. I do not charge per sticker.

Stickers are sent via Royal Mail delivery UK or by International standard delivery outside the UK this is not a tracked service and you will need to pay the additional charge on checkout should you require tracking information. Evidence of posting is kept for all orders.
For current maximum turn around times take note of shipping time estimates at time of purchase. This is the maximum time it will take for me to produce and make your item. This time is usually faster unless it is a busy period such as Christmas or I am taking a short break. Break notifications are shown in shop announcements and no orders will be processed during break times.
Delivery for prints and cards is via Royal Mail first class we aim to ship within 3 working days mugs will be shipped via courier if your item has not arrived within a week for UK customers after you have received your shipping notification please let us know and we will do our best to assist you. We will not chase items if we are notified more than a month after an order for UK as at this point we have gone past where we can make a claim for lost items. It is your responsibility to notify us if your item has not arrived within this period of time.
If an incorrect address is given or a parcel is refused to be accepted on delivery no refunds or free replacements will be sent as this is not our error. Again it's your responsibility to make sure your address is correct on your order and that it is received at that address. USA citizens please see below for further information on this.
Overseas deliveries are sent via Royal Mail international delivery, times for delivery will vary depending on where you are in the world. Proof of postage is obtained from the post office for every item sent. A shipping notification will be sent when your parcel is dispatched. As with UK orders it is your responsibility to let us know if they do not arrive and inform us within a month if they have not. No refunds will be given after this month has passed as we are unable to claim with the post office after this point.
USA CUSTOMERS When you enter your address if it comes through to us as unverified by the USPS address there will be no refund for the item if it does not arrive with yourself. Every US item ordered will be verified and you will be questioned about the address you are entering if it the system can not pick it up as a valid address. If you choose not to amend the address so as it is verified then do so at your own risk.
Etsy states: 'When a US-based buyer enters an address, Etsy will check to see if that address matches the address that is on file with the USPS. If the address does not match, a suggested address will be presented to the buyer. The buyer may choose to use either the suggested address or the address as originally entered.
Any differences between the suggested address and the original address will be highlighted for the buyer to review before proceeding to complete his or her purchase.'
Therefore you will have been presented with the opportunity to correct any errors and we will not be held responsible for these errors.

Returns are not accepted on personalised items where information on the item is identical to that given by the buyer.
I also know through the years of doing this that sometimes the postman decides to ignore the do not bend envelope and fold your item through the door when it is so close to reaching you in perfect condition! I have had a few customers who have caught the cheeky postman doing this sometimes when it's too late. If this happens please contact me and we can discuss the options in these situations.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds will only be given if the product arrives to you in a damaged condition and you can prove via photographic evidence that this is the case. A replacement will always be offered first.
There are no refunds on digital items purchased from my store.
There are no refunds when an incorrect address is given or the item is refused to be accepted at the address stated. No refunds will be given if you enter an address which is not verified (USA) and the item does not arrive.
No refund will be given in the UK where the postcode given does not match the street name given or part of the address given is incorrect or the whole address is incorrect. It is your responsibility to make sure that your address is correct.
All our prints, cards and mugs are for personal use only to keep for yourself or to give as a gift.
