We take great care to provide you a quality plant
We are bee and butterfly friendly nursery - This means we use minimal spraying and as much natural means to take care of our pests as much as possible. at times a plant will leave that may have a hole or 2 or so from a previous meal. NOTHING LEAVES HERE WITH BUGS OF ANY SORT. - but at times dinner may be taken without our knowledge.. it will usually be on old leaves.. The older leaves that are still healthy looking will still provide nutrients to the roots so we do not cut them off. you can do that if it bothers you.

It is important to read all info on this plant So you understand approx size. Please do not order if you are not willing to take the time to read this.. I do not need negative feedback for misunderstanding of what we are offering - We do not try to be sneaky or hide anything...

If your purchase this plant in late fall - mid spring then count on it being dormant.

Dormant = a plant that is in a sleep stage.. It may not have any growth showing at all.. The root or crown should be hard = indicates = it is fine. some plants may have a stem that looks dead.. as long as the crown is good then it is good..
Hosta for example completely disappears in winter but is happy to return beautiful and strong in spring once conditions are to their liking

DO NOT OVER WATER while its getting established...

Banana's Love to eat and want good moisture at all times

Beautiful plant for outdoors - Can be used as an indoor houseplant

Perennial = zone 9 - zone 10
heavily mulch in cold zones to get it to return after winter

Grows 11' - 15' and 6' - 7' across under ideal conditions.

SALE IS FOR 1 PLANTS = 1 - 2 PPP - Root ball is about 4.25" across by 4.25" deep

Plants will be about 6" - 10" tall / across depending on the batch

PPP = Plants Per Pot

We now ship all plants without pots.... It has been recommended by customers to do this... as the plastic pots cause more damage to the leaves of neighboring plants in the package

I do not want any confusion or misunderstanding.
Although we get many questions a day and at times it may take a few days to catch up with all messages.

We ship live plants daily. They ship Priority Mail only!!!! If we are shipping to areas that are still having freezing temps then I suggest you have us Ship Priority and have us mark to hold at post office for pick up. So they do not freeze waiting for you to come home from work... You are responsible for this as we expect otherwise you will be home to receive items.

We no longer offer instructions on care and planting as it has come back to bite us. So you will need to google that info from now on.

I can not be responsible for care of your plant.... Since I am not there to care for it... I have no control of its environment or care.
There is always some stress from traveling.. Plants are very resilient...
If your plant arrives with major issues then you MUST notify us immediately (no more than 24 hrs) and provide photos. - your notification is a time stamp of when we feel you opened the item so we can compare from tracking if you had left it in box for extra time than it should be...
This is a living item and needs tending immediately. This is not a shirt that you can just leave to be til you have time to take open the package... Treat it like a puppy in a box please.

I work VERY hard here in our small nursery to provide a beautiful plant - They do not want to sit in the box longer than necessary.

The plants come in different sizes and different growing cycles. If you need to know the specific size that the plant will get to for your area, then you need to please google that information for your area because I only know my area in Florida

Please google the questions that you have for care on your plant for your area. Everybody has different growing conditions and it depends on the soil, fertilizer, watering, light, etc...I have no way of knowing what you have and what your growing conditions are, so please do your homework. I know that sounds harsh, but I sell and ship ALOT of plants and I answer TONS of questions--some of the questions you can find the answer for yourself. Thank you for your help

I am more then happy to add a personalized note for you to your order. I do have just plain note cards that I can include as a courtesy and to make it easier for you. Please make sure that you send the message with your order and then send a message to make sure that I received it or saw it. I will try my best to accommodate you at no additional charge :-) Thanks

No I do not because the plant has already been traveling packed into a box and it will not be able to sustain another trip back to me--usually. I try my hardest to pull nice and healthy plants for shipment. I would NEVER knowly ship the wrong item or a dead item. What possible purpose would I accomplish by that? You do have to realize that the plant will be or could be a little grumpy from the travel time in a dark, damp box. This is a live plant and not a plastic artificial one, so please open the box as soon as you receive it , so that the plant can breath again. We are human and do make mistakes--not very often--but it does happen. In that case, please just let me know and I will fix the error.

We are not able to offer a NORMAL 3 day return policy for plants as we do for merchandise. Plants are shipped in excellent condition by Priority Mail, and we secure the rootball and plant in a box. If, for some reason, the plant arrives dead or broken due to something we did, then we will refund the purchase price or send a replacement-OUR CHOICE You must notify us of ANY problem within 24 hours of delivery(not weeks AFTER delivery), and send digital photos that substantiate your claim, NO PHOTOS, NO CLAIM. At least 2 good photos. Once you've had the plant for longer than that, then there is nothing I can do Also if you have done anything to the plant to change from original plant shipped, then there is not anything that I can do

I can NOT grow your plant for you. I would never send a broken or bad plant. Things happen during travel that is out of my control, so please do not be upset with me if the post office messed up your delivery. Priority mail does come with insurance, so I am able to file a claim and I can usually resend another item to you, depending on my stock. Returns and replacements will be handled on a case by case basis. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will do everything that we can to help you because we LOVE returning customers.
