Custom orders are generally except from November 15 through January 15. Please allow 1 week for every stained glass angel ordered and 2 weeks for hearts. Bridal orders can be 1 week on simple requests or 3 months or more on packages. I will consider suggestions on Victorian ornaments. Please contact us through the link that sparked your interest outlining (1) time frame needed (2) desired item and color, and attach photos if possible of coordinating items, We require 50% down via a custom listing that will be created, which is nonrefundable once materials are ordered or work has begun. The balance plus shipping is due upon completion. We are happy to work with you on materials and colors through photograph exchanges.
Most orders are processed to ship within 1 to 2 days. Shipping is calculated based on size and weight to your zip code. Made to Order items normally ship within 2 weeks or as determined in your down payment listing. We cannot guarantee normal USPS delivery times stated in shipping times during the holidays. Shipping costs and upgrades are available from your cart upon checkout. How fast it gets to you depends on what shipping choice you choose. Please check your SHIP TO ADDRESS on Etsy as we print labels from that exact address. We are not responsible if you input your address incorrectly. See also International Shipping if applicable.
Most items in this shop are calculated by weight to your location for shipping costs and automatically combines. However, we will refund any overage of the actual shipping and packaging costs plus reasonable handling. Your refund normally comes the same day your order ships by however you paid for your order.
Once the package shows it was delivered on the tracking and if you did not receive it, please contact your local post office IMMEDIATELY after contacting your neighbors to make sure they didn't get it. There is nothing either Etsy or we can do once it is delivered. You can also call USPS at 1-800-275-8777E with tracking information for redelivery or delivery issues. We do purchase insurance on all packages over $10. You MUST notify us within 60 DAYS of of ship date to file a claim for a missing package. We cannot file a claim until 45 days from the ship date. You will be required to electronically sign an Affidavit stating the package was not delivered. You will be refunded when we are paid on the claim.
Postal rates are controlled by the United States Post Office, not us. You can go to www.USPS.com to obtain an estimated cost for international shipping. International shipping is currently in tiers in the following weight ranges: 1 oz to 8 oz; 9 oz to 2 pounds, and every pound thereafter adjusts to a higher price level. The jumps are anywhere from $5 to $13 per level and it levels out to a $5 increase per pound after about 6 pounds. Most items are shipped based on the weight of the item to your location plus packaging and minor handling costs. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges. Be sure you know what your country's threshold is prior to ordering.
All international shipments are issued a customs number by the US Post Office which will be in your online receipt. This number provides tracking until it leaves in the USA, and then afterwards only if your country scans it in, which they are not required to do, yet many do. The only way to get 100% tracking is to (1) order over 4 pounds worth of product and have it shipped priority, or (2) ship international express.
All of the artistic works that we create are copyrighted and by copyright law, cannot be reproduced. A good rule of thumb is the following from a Q&A.....US Govt Copyright Office: "How do I know what is copyrighted? It is important to remember that all text, software, audiovisual works, photographs, digital images and sounds, pictorial, graphic and sculptural works are granted copyright protection as soon as they are created and all works created after 1978 are protected automatically. A work does not need to bear a copyright notice to be protected." As artists, our creations are important to us and we deny all requests for the reproduction, distribution and or sale of same, like or similar works, including the photographs.
Our return policy is as follows: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and return it within 14 days from delivery. Mail the returned items with a copy of the receipt to: Odyssey Creations, Barb & Dave Zinkhan, 2706 Stockbury Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525. All shipping, BOTH WAYS, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be reimbursed unless we sent you the wrong item by mistake. Refunds are provided upon receipt of the returned product. Item must be in the same condition it was upon receipt or the value of the return can be adjusted accordingly.
