for CUSTOM orders :we are ready to ship within 1-3 weeks (sometimes we wait for base materials a week or longer). All custom made orders need to be paid upfront.Please, refer to product’s description, as manufacture differs for different products. Please, submit your requirements, so we can tell you if we can make them before you make a payment! We would always send you pictures of ready custom made products, so you can be aware of its outlook. I will not send you the product unless I have received your approval.
for RUSH orders: we can ship within 3-7 business days, unless we lack material needed for the manufacture, or we experience delay from the manufacturer. Please, contact us for a quote, since sometimes we are too loaded to accept rush orders. The extra charge for rush orders is 30% from the amount of the item.

We use DHL for 2 days express shipping worldwide or EMS for 4-7 days express shipping worldwide. For standard shipping we use International Registered Mail ()w9-13 business days with tracking info. We apply tracking number for EVERY parcel, which can help you track your order in each particular country - you have to visit the website of the corresponding post office and search the tracking number.
***** For EXPRESS DELIVERY WORLDWIDE I use DHL Courier and the price depends on the dimensions and weight of the parcel as well as the destination. For every single purchase we create a private listing with the sum of the shipping. TIME OF DELIVERY takes 2-4 days to any part of the world.

DEFERRED PAYMENTS We ship products paid with deferred payment plans only after we have received 100% of the amount due. After the first payment we start working on the costume portion by portion until the next payment. If the client has delayed the payment, we are not responsible for the turnaround time if it gets exceeded, since the client has delayed the payment. We do not issue refunds on any product paid in installments. The installments are NON REFUNDABLE. For example, if the client has paid 1 or 2 of the installments and decides to cancel the order before he has paid the full amount, we will not issue a refund.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES:
Customer satisifaction is our top priority for this reason we aim to follow strictly the deadlines for creation. However, in case a client does not give us his/her measurements together with the submission of an order, we reserve the right to delay the costume as long as possible until we get the measurements since we can not finish our work without them.
We aim to satisfy the expectations of my customers and make them happy. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can opt for full refund within 3 calendar days after the delivery BUT ONLY FOR ORDERS IN STANDARD SIZES. CUSTOM made products are non returnable after we have sent photos and you have accepted them. You will receive full or partial refund of the price of the product, less the initial shipping cost depending on the product type and case. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable. The product should be in perfect condition, without stains or scratches. It should be packed in its original packaging, with all labels ofn it (if there were any). The buyer has to pay the return shipping cost. You will receive full refund after we have received the item and ONLY in case its condition corresponds to the criteria described above.
REFUNDS if you have received the product:
You will receive 100% refund if you have paid for a custom order and we can not manufacture it due to lack of base materials.
You will receive 100% refund if you have received wrong product.
We do not accept returns or reclammations on custom made products, you have already approved after we have sent photos (with names, dates, special colors, etc.) This also applies for products which have been created with different materials, selected by the customer - in different colors, or in the same one, but made from different fabric- to the ones used in the original listing.
REFUNDS for COSTUMES and DRESSES
The refund is 100% for regular orders (1-2 costumes in standard size, without personalization) if we have made a mistake in the creation.
We do not accept returns on custom orders (for higher quantity, costumes, dresses ,boots or shoes with special requirements, custom size, extra accessories,etc. )
If you receive a damaged product, please,claim it to the courier immediately and contact us so we can resolve the situation - depending on the case, we will either create and ship another product, or we will give you full or partial refund after we make our inspection on the case and if all the conditions mentioned above are met.
CANCELATIONS (can be done ONLY before shipping of the product, within 2 hours AFTER the submission of the order):
For ordinary products and orders: 70% refund
For costumes and custom orders: only if we have NOT started the creation - 100% refund; if we have bought all the materials and started the creation- 50% refund
For custom made costumes,clothes and products: if we have not started creating the product yet, you will receive 100% refund. If it has been manufactured exactly as you asked, but you don’t need it for some reason, we won't accept the return. If we have bought all the materials already - 50% refund.
If we have made a mistake and have not followed your requirements, then you will either receive corresponding compensation, or we will create another product for you immediately at our expense.
If you have given wrong measurements for clothing/costumes, we won't accept returns and you can not expect a refund.
We don't accept returns on stop sale products, no matter of the type of sizing - standard, or custom. We do not accept cancellations for payment plans.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund request has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card via Pay Pal, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
SALE items, or items with special DISCOUNTS Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with proof for the defective item at firstname.lastname@example.org and then we will send you the next steps. All our products are carefully packaged in a shipping card boxes with cellophane and/or bubble foil to avoid breakage or damage. If there are any damages related to shipment please don't hesitate to contact us immediately so we can help you.

There may be slight difference in the colors and gleam of the product received and the photo on the website, due to differences in monitors, screen resolutions and photo processing. All of our products are handmade with special care and quality materials. Since they are handmade, each of our products is unique, so there may be slight differences between two items from the same design. The same applies for costumes - there may be small imperfections, or slight differences in shapes or positioning, compared to the photos of the corresponding listing.
