1) We ship out of Tampa, Florida which is a major Post Office Shipping Hub. They do an amazing job for us and our customers.
2) We process (assemble) most orders in 24 hours and we process orders every business day. Once your order is processed it is ready for shipping.
3) We ship orders every business day and shipping times average 2-7 days depending on shipping method. Please keep in mind these are averages and there are always exceptions. Holidays are much slower!
4) Almost all of our orders ship through the Unites States Postal Service. Please provide a valid mailing address including your apartment or suite #.
5) E-Check and Personal Check orders are not processed until funds clear. For processing and shipping times we do not consider a check payment as an order until the funds clear.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

* Any items returned for Store Credit receive 100% credit!!! Just write "Store Credit" on your return when you send it back and we will issue you an easy to use Online Gift Certificate.
* If you do not want a Store Credit there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
* We only accept returns within 30 days of the original order date.
* There are no returns on closeout, clearance or overstock items.
* There are no returns on Gift Certificates or Store Credits.
* We do not cover shipping costs or insurance to return items.
* We carefully pack all items when shipped and request the same when they are returned. Any items that are damaged when returned will not be credited.
* We recommend you insure all returned items in case they are damaged.
* We only issue Store Credits or Refunds on unopened and unused items in new condition.
* All returned items should be tracked via delivery confirmation or signature confirmation. We are not responsible for returns that become "lost in the mail".
