This is a 1975 Folkwear Pattern. The pattern is complete and uncut. the pattern envelope reads"The traditional smock worn by cheesemakers in Roquefort, France, falls in gathers from a band collar with a one-button front placket closing. Sleeves are gathered at the wrist into a buttoned band cuff. Shoulder yokes and an underarm gusset complete the typical construction. Our pattern adjusts to fir men & women."
Sizes included are allsizes of women, men average and men tall.

Lovely intact pattern, arrived quickly. Bonus tissue paper pattern hand drawn by previous owner. Looking forward to making this shirt out of 120 yr old handspun linen!
