International orders normally takes 10 - 12 business days; that's Monday to Fridays only; mail does not move on the weekends. Occasionally it may take 4 - 6 weeks if held up at the border. (only happened once in my 11 years of shipping)
Canadian orders - usually a week or so but may also be 2 weeks; if you're from Canada, you know what I mean.
I offer a refund if you have not received your item in 20 business days to Canada; 30 business days to USA and 60 business days overseas. "Shipping" includes visible face-value of postage, cost of envelopes, bubble-wrap, paper, labels, packaging tape and the labor involved with carefully packing your item(s) and delivering them to the post office.
I do not make money on shipping. So far, shipping items have cost more than what my customers have paid. This is ok with me because nothing turns me off more than people making a profit on shipping costs.
I ship Canada Post. Standard shipping methods DO NOT PROVIDE TRACKING outside of Canada. If you want an item shipped with tracking or insurance, shipping costs will increase significantly. Please convo me with a specific request. I know tracking to the US is $14.50. Again - PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE YOU PAY IF YOU WOULD LIKE TRACKING.
Small items are carefully wrapped and come in an organza or velvet bag. The larger (totems) items will be packed with popped pop corn (unsalted, unbuttered).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Due to the customized nature of the products that I make, the fact that there are 5 - 10 photos for you to view in the listing plus a detailed description of each item, I do not take returns.
If an item arrives damaged, I will be pleased to replace it with a similar item.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken during shipping, a replacement will be issued upon receipt of a picture of the damage.
