UPS or USPS are the methods we prefer, let us know if you need another carrier. All items are shipped upon conformation of payment in 1 to 2 business days unless noted otherwise in the listing. Delivery conformation is used on most packages, and insurance is included. We are not responsible for custom fees. Payment must be made within 3 days or the order will be canceled.
When we ship USPS first class mail we ship with tracking. The USPS is making many changes such as closing down many of their facilities, which in many cases is causing increased shipping times. Therefore, shipping first class can take 2 - 14 days or more but usually 2 - 8 days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. If you want expedited shipping, please discuss this with us PRIOR to placing an order.
We accept paypal; MC, Visa, AmEx, and Discover are accepted through PayPal, no need to set up a PayPal account, just use guest check out.
Returns & exchanges
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If there are questions, concerns, etc. please convo me and we will be happy to resolve them through a refund, exchange or store credit (unless listed as non returnable ie larger fragile items). We do not refund shipping on returned items. Fragile items will be carefully packed, and we insure each item, however it is the buyers responsibility to collect insurance if necessary. We will assist in this process. We are pleased to report that we have been very successful at avoiding breakage,(see feedback) however it is a possibility. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for unclaimed merchandise under any circumstances. It is the buyer's responsibility to either reschedule delivery with their delivery Post Office or pick up their package at their delivery Post Office per the terms on the notice left by USPS. Simply refusing to accept a package, not claiming a package in person at the destination post office or failing to reschedule delivery with the destination post office is not grounds for a refund.
