*I use the most cost effective shipping methods for my customers. All packages are shipped within 1-3 days via USPS first class mail after successful completion of your payment transaction. I ship Monday thru Saturday-except postal holidays.
**Please be aware that package Tracking does NOT come with basic USPS first class mail. You will need to upgrade to Priority or Express mail
If you prefer just delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation for your package, this is available for USPS first class packages or priority mail. FYI: this service is not package tracking- it only confirmation package was sent and delivered.
Please convo me and I will be more than happy to add any of these service for you at the postal fee.
INTERNATIONAL Customers- If you wish to add package security, convo me and request your package be sent via Global Express, Registered mail or Priority mail at the postal fee.
*Please be aware that once your package is delivered from my hand to the post office and postage is paid-I release myself from ALL responsibility regarding lost packages in the mail. This policy is written to make you aware of this prior to your purchase. If you do not read my policies, it is the fault of the customer.
If you are worried about your package being lost in the mail, then it is highly recommended that you purchase shipping xtras to protect your package. Convo me to add this to your shipping.
Payment is to be made within 2 days of closing of the sale. If no payment is received, I will contact you for follow up. If you do not respond to my email(s) regarding the sale, your item(s) will be relisted and bad feedback will be given to you.
I only accept Credit & Debit card purchases thru PAYPAL. I am proud to be a "Verified" PayPal member.
Returns & exchanges
RETURNS *ABSOLUTELY No Returns or Exchanges on custom made photo charm sets unless damaged.
~All other items can be returned (you pay return shipping) -You must notify me via Etsy mail within 10 days of purchase date for USA/20 days for International your wish to return. I will refund (cost of item(s) only-not shipping) once I receive your item(s).
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE If you should find that your findings arrived damaged, send me photos of the damaged item(s) via Etsy's Conversation email, if you do not have photos, then you will need to mail the item(s) back to me (at your expense) for proof of damage.
-If in stock, damaged item(s) will be replaced, and shipped to you free of charge, if no replacement is available, you will be refunded the cost of the individual piece(s) that were damaged.
~Damaged Handmade Jewelry must be shipped back for repair (you pay shipping to me/I ship back to you for free). If item not repairable-you will be refunded cost of item-this does not include original shipping fee.
