The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
You may make returns with prior notification of intent and the return of the item in original condition. I stand behind my products and will do all I can to rectify any problems. Shipping charges will not be refunded and the buyer must pay return costs. The original purchase price will be refunded if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and we cannot reach an agreeable solution.
