No refunds are offered on cut chain. This is chain off the spool and is cut specifically per your request. Double check your measurements to get it right before you click and pay.

If you are not happy with your purchase know that you can exchange it! The item must be received back at the shop in the same condition as sent, unused new items. No refunds available but exchanges are offered for the original purchase price of item, not to include your original shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your returned items original price.
