We send our products with registered airmail. Usually they reach their destination in 10 to 14 days, but please be patient. We ship several times a week after payment is received and We will send a message to you when the parcel is posted.
If your item is lost by post, We will refund your money after completing complaint from our post office.
We accept payments via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay with a credit or a debit card. For the Netherlands it's even possible to pay with Ideal.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
