Very nice to work with! I placed an order and was charged, but unfortunately she did not have the quantity I needed for a project. I could not risk the ribbon not matching another vendor's, so I had to cancel. She ordered the ribbon for me, but I unfortunately could not wait for it. I was promptly refunded. Although she lost the sale, she has gained a future customer. Thank you!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Shipping outside the United States is through USPS First Class Mail International. Refunds and Exchanges Refunds: - If your item appears to be lost in the mail please note that Refunds are only an option after I have sent out a replacement and that has not arrived within the quoted time.

Damaged Items: If your package and items arrived damaged in the mail, please send me a detailed description of the damage and attach a photo of the damage. I will happily send out replacements in a timely manner. I may also provide a return posted envelope if the products are salvageable.
