Shipping arrangements must be made within 48 hours of purchase or the item will be relisted.
We work to ship all items as quickly as possible. Small items generally ship within 48 hours. Larger items may take up to 7 days to ship due to the time involved in carefully wrapping and boxing these items. We use recycled packing materials whenever possible and it sometimes takes a few days to locate recycled boxes that are large enough for some furniture items.
No cancellations will be accepted once an item has been shipped.
For large items, we have found that generally Greyhound provides the lowest cost. They do require that you pick the item up at the nearest Greyhound Terminal. We normally will provide an "estimated" shipping cost in each of our listings. These are ESTIMATES ONLY based on our prior experience with shipping.
Prior to purchase we ask that you convo us with your City and ZIP so that we may provide a more accurate quote. It is is still an estimate due to the fact that on large items we cannot get an exact shipping cost until the item is taken to the shippers (due to final shipping size and weight including packaging, etc). If the actual shipping is more, we will invoice you for the balance. If the shipping is less, we will quickly refund the overage. All items shipped via FedEx come with $100 automatic insurance coverage. If your item is over $100, we can purchase additional insurance if requested. You will receive a seperate Paypal invoice for this insurance coverage. If you'd like us to include a gift card, or gift wrap the item (available for smaller items), let us know. We'll be happy to help.

Returns & exchanges
All of our vintage and upcycled items are used. These items often have bumps and blemishes and always have loads of charm and character. We strive to present photos of our items that represent them accurately, as well as providing accurate descriptions to the best of our ability. We do not accept returns. We encourage you to convo us with any questions prior to making your purchase. Thanks to the miracle of SmartPhones, we will normally respond to your convo within the hour, certainly within the day.
We do not purchase additonal shipping insurance for our items. FedEx shipments come with up to $100 automatic coverage. If you're item is more than $100, we encourage you to purchase additional insurance. If you would like to insure the item, please let us know prior to shipping and we will work out the details with you.
Is there any item in our store that you LOVE, but it's the wrong color or fabric for your decor? Convo us. We're happy to repaint items, and in some cases re-upholster items. The cost of these services will vary depending on the size and complexity of the job.
