This bunny is usually the first project I have my students make when I teach a softie-making class. They're a great way to learn some basic softie techniques, and after you get one under your belt you'll have all the skills you need to start designing your own simple softies.
The finished softie is 9 inches tall (16 inches if you count the floppy ears) and 6 1/2 inches wide across the bottom. My daughter says he's the perfect size for snuggling.
