By nature, sterling silver will tarnish. The rate at which it tarnishes depends on how it is worn (sweated in, showered in, perfume/hair products spayed on, etc) as well as the individual body composition of the wearer...body oils differ and effect the silver differently. •Jewelry cleaning liquid/dips/pastes are NOT recommended for the discs. It may leave them dingy & filmy. I recommend a little white pro polish pad or a sunshine polish cloth. •Jewelry should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night.

Many chemicals marketed for cleaning jewelry are actually somewhat abrasive or corrosive and may cause damage or color alteration to your jewelry.
