The creation process will begin after we receive your payment. Please allow 5-6 business days to receive your proof. You will receive your order 7-10 business days after your proof has been approved.
**Your item will not ship until your proof has been accepted by you (with ONE exception): IF 60 DAYS HAVE LAPSED SINCE YOUR ORDER DATE AND YOU HAVE STILL NOT APPROVED YOUR PROOF, YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AS YOUR ORIGINAL PROOF DEPICTED. BY ALLOWING 60 DAYS TO LAPSE WITHOUT PROOF APPROVAL, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE PROOF I SENT WAS CORRECT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND THAT I (STYLE MY DAY) HOLD NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR AN ERROR IN PRINT. **

I ship via USPS. Please let me know if you need me to send you a tracking number. Once your purchase has shipped from my studio and is in the hands of the US Postal Service, I am no longer responsible for your order.
If you need your order expedited, please specify in the message to seller section of your order. For $20 Expedited order, you will get your stamp within 5-6 business days from approving your proof (USA only). This is the cost of moving your project to the front of the queue to make it priority and to ensure you receive your proof either same-day or one day after your order. I will also ship your stamp via USPS Priority Mail vs. First Class.
**Orders must be sent through to production before 12:00pm EST to be processed that day. Orders cannot be sent through to production until proofs are approved**
**YOU are responsible for sending me the CORRECT information for your custom project. I will be happy to correct any errors, however, if the error isn't my own, you will be required to pay a $8.00 'Fix Fee' for me having to redo the work. If you need an additional proof, it must be purchased for $7.50. Thank you for your understanding- as even small edits require me to completely redo the work.**

Returns & exchanges
Because most items are custom designed just for you (and a proof must be approved by you prior to production), there are no exchanges or refunds unless something was damaged in transit. You may cancel your order up until creation has begun. After creation has started, there are NO refunds, even if you decide you no longer want to go with the design.
If you see an item that you are interested in, but would like it in another size / style / shape / color, etc. etc. etc. please message me and I would be more than happy to custom-design it for you. I love new design challenges!
