We sell two types of batteries, and it's crucial that you purchase the correct one that goes with your charger. If you attempt to charge the incorrect battery in your charger, you run a risk of it catching fire or damaging the unit. IF you have questions, don't hesitate to shoot us a message!
14500 LITHIUM-ION BATTERY---> This size battery is sold in a 2-pack (so it's $10 for two batteries, the hoop only requires ONE battery to power on.)

10440 LITHIUM-ION BATTERY---> This size battery is sold in a 4-pack (so it's $15 for four batteries, the hoop only requires ONE battery to power on.)
10440 LiFePO4 BATTERY---> This size battery is sold in a 4-pack (so it's $15 for four batteries, the hoop only requires ONE battery to power on.)
BASIC LITHIUM-ION CHARGER---> charges ONE lithium-ion battery at a time. Fits 14500 and 10440 sizes.
DELUXE LITHIUM-ION CHARGER---> charges FOUR batteries at a time. Fits 14500 and 10440 sizes.
BASIC LiFePO4 CHARGER---> charges ONE LiFePO4 battery at a time. Fits 14500 and 10440 sizes.

Shipping & policies
IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT! If you have an incorrect address on your order then you are responsible for paying any additional shipping costs associated with re-shipment. Any changes made to your address AFTER an order is placed are NOT guaranteed. Any items sent to an incorrect address will NOT be replaced, unless they are returned to me by USPS. With the volume of orders we receive, changes sometimes get lost in the shuffle so BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE CHECKING OUT!
Your order will be shipped via USPS. LED hoops will be shipped with Priority service, which takes 2-3 business days for domestic delivery and 1-2 weeks for international delivery. All other items (polypro hoops, batteries, tape, etc.) will be shipped with First Class service, which takes 2-5 business days for domestic delivery and 2-4 weeks for international delivery. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your item has shipped. Please note that just because an items tracking info hasn't updated, DOES NOT MEAN I HAVENT SHIPPED IT! Sometimes USPS fails to properly scan a package upon arrival.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Each package must be processed by your country's customs facility. This can sometimes take longer than expected and unfortunately there is no way to control or know how long it will take. Your country may also impose an import tax on what you ordered, which you are responsible for paying!
We will replace any items that have been confirmed to be 'lost' or 'damaged' by USPS. You will not be responsible for paying any additional fees or costs unless the address on your order is incorrect.
Purchase must be submitted in full before an order can be created and shipped. Orders that have not been paid in full within two weeks will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
If you have made a purchase and would like to cancel it, you may do so as long as your order has not shipped yet. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to cancel an order and we will process your full refund as soon as possible!
Coupon codes may NOT be applied after an order has been placed, so please make sure you use it at checkout if you have one.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If for some reason you aren't happy with what you received, you may be eligible to return it for a refund or an exchange.
Refunds and exchanges are accepted as long as the following requirements are made:
You must notify us that you would like to return or exchange an item within 7 days of the DELIVERY date, and the item must be placed in the mail for return/exchange within 14 days of the DELIVERY date. Please include any necessary photos or documentation that will be required for processing your return. Do NOT return items without approval. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT APPROVAL WILL RESULT IN EXTREMELY DELAYED RESPONSE AND POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES.
The item(s) being returned/exchanged must be in new, unused condition. For hoops, the tubing must be free of scratches, dirt and damages. Tubing is not warrantied so if you break it, you are responsible for paying to replace it.
For refunds, shipping costs and rush upgrades are NOT refundable.
For exchanges, you must pay all associated shipping costs to receive a replacement product. However, if we are at fault for a mistake on your order (you received the wrong size or color) we will pay for all shipping costs!
