I generally ship by USPS First Class mail which includes delivery confirmation. If I forget to send your delivery confirmation number, just ask. I try to mail within 1-2 business days from when I receive your payment. For larger orders I may upgrade to Priority Mail boxes .I am no longer responsible for your order, once I leave it at the Post Office. If you are concerned about delivery, let me know and, for a small price, I will include insurance with your delivery charges. If you don't insure your parcel, I will not be held liable for lost or missing items.

International mailing prices have increased considerably in 2013 and I have had to adjust my shipping costs accordingly. Once an international parcel leaves my hands, it could still take 30 days or more to reach you.Tracking is available only on more expensive shipping methods, which usually cost more than the buttons or beads themselves. I will not be held liable for lost or missing items. I will gladly provide proof of shipment (custom forms, payment of postage) upon request.

Returns & exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds as a policy. I offer exchanges only with a good reason. Notify me if you have a problem. I work to provide clear and accurate descriptions of my goods. I wrap and package my items well to prevent damage. Once I leave a package at the Post Office, I have no control over the rest of the shipping process.
