Item details

This is a PDF printable copy of an amazing, incredibly rare vintage pattern. This was originally released by Pauline Patterns in Australia in the 1940's.

The pattern is drafted in a size 34" bust, 28" waist but this pattern would be very easy to size up or down. You can find out how here:
http://afewthreadsloose.blogspot.com/2011/10/resizing-layout-and-cutting-your-bra.html

Please Note! Included with this pattern is a free copy of an E-book on grading sewing patterns to your size. Don't pass up patterns because they're not in your size! The e-book is 7 pages of illustrated how-to make any pattern work for your figure.

There is an entire step by step sew along for this pattern set on my blog A Few Threads Loose. It explains the making of the pattern in minute detail and includes photos of every step:

The matching camisole and slip pattern can be found here in my shop:

Enlarging patterns have always been of interest to me and this was my first try. Following the included directions I was on target! The tap pants are cute to boot!

Exceptions: You are of course entitled to a full refund if you have purchased a duplicate pattern, or in the case of buying the wrong size, exchanges are always just fine.

Additional policies

If you have any questions about printing:
Please feel free to email us, we'd be happy to help. (mrsdepewvintage@gmail.com).
We get about 100 emails a day so please don't be upset if we can't get to your questions right away. We try to answer all downloading and printing questions right away.

Please note that the purchase of a sewing pattern from Mrs. Depew Vintage entitles you to the following:
- a great sewing pattern that may not be available anywhere else.
- a prompt reply if you have trouble downloading or printing your pattern (digital orders).

Sadly, this does not include a sewing questions help line. If it did, we would have to hire an extra employee and an intern or two. These things would cost quite a bit of money and the cost of patterns would go up, and that would make everyone very sad. If you have a sewing question, there's a chance that we won't be able to get to it. As much as we would like to help every customer with their sewing questions, there just aren't enough hours in the day. That said, you're still very welcome to write in with your sewing questions. We don't mind and when we have a free moment, we try to help if we can. But if you don't get a timely response, please don't take it personally, there just aren't enough hours in the day and Mrs. Depew will crash and burn if she skips any more meals to try answer just one more email...
