This listing is for a printed copy of my Falling Snowflakes lace shawl pattern. The original shawl won a Blue Ribbon at the 2009 Maryland Sheep and Wool festival.
The top down triangular shawl is knit on a garter stitch ground using traditional Orenburg stitch patterns and finished with an attached edging. The original shawl was knit in handspun Wensleydale yarn in 5 gradiated shades from light to dark. The pattern calls for approximately 1100 yards of lace weight yarn.
This listing is for the written pattern only, no yarn or supplies are included. You will receive one booklet style pattern containing charted instructions for knitting the shawl in the yarn of your choice. Patterns are laser printed on high grade paper designed to last.
Kits with 5 gradiated yarns or 3 braids of fiber for spinning yourself are available, Please convo me for more information. Your pattern will be mailed to you via USPS First Class Mail.
All shipping prices quoted are for USPS first class mail unless otherwise noted, please convo me with your zip code or country if you would like a quote on faster shipping options.
