Credit cards are the preferred method of payment and are perfectly safe on Etsy.
Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase. If paying by check or money order, please email me within 24 hours and let me know that. Please mail your payment by next day. Your item will be shipped as soon as your payment clears. If payment is not received within one week of purchase I will contact you. If there is no response I will need to cancel the order so that I can relist the item.
Returns & exchanges
Refunds will only be given for an item that is not as stated, in case I have made a mistake in the listing, if it is My mistake I will also refund shipping that was paid on the item. Refunds will be given when item is returned to me.....
Custom Orders also cannot be refunded or cancelled for obvious reasons.
Order cancellations must be made within the same day.
I will gladly exchange an item or give store credit. Buyer pays all shipping charges. An exchange can only be made once on any order. If it is a custom item, your instructions must be very clear or a colored drawing sent to me for as close to exact for item as possible.
On custom orders: If you want something added to the original item that would cost more in materials, the original price will be higher, taking into consideration what the alteration might be. In this case price will be negotiated between seller and buyer and a new listing will be made if necessary.
Patterns that I sell are my exclusive designs and cannot be resold or items made from them cannot be resold. I hold all of the selling rights to them and there are no refunds for digital items.
Please note that if you purchase a crochet pattern that is emailed out to you as a PDF file, it will be sent within 24 hours. Usually sooner depending on when payment clears.
Sometimes it can take a little longer to show up as paid, but I do email them out as soon as I see it cleared. If you don't receive it in that time period, let me know right away and I will resend it. Patterns that have been emailed and Digital downloads CANNOT be refunded or cancelled, for obvious reasons :)
I am not able to give refunds or credit on packages that customer says did not arrive, that have the "delivered" status on the tracking.
Also, International orders cannot be tracked by USPS and once the package leaves my hands, I will send the customs # to the customer, but I am not able to refund or give credit if the package never arrives.
International orders can be subject to fees when they enter customs in your country. Please be aware that I am not able to be responsible for any extra fees charged to you by customs.
FEEDBACK: Please leave positive feedback after you receive your item and you are happy with it. If there is any reason that you are not happy, PLEASE contact me and I will make sure that I do everything possible to make sure you are happy about your transaction.
There is NEVER any reason to leave a seller or buyer negative or neutral feedback if everything is worked out to where both are happy! I always treat others the same as I would like to be treated....fairly and with patience. :0)
