I currently only accept Paypal as it is the most secure method for both buyer and seller. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use the service. Paypal will allow you to input your credit card information without an account (or there is also a process that uses your checking account should you so choose). Etsy does not mark the item sold until payment has been made. If you have not payed for your order, you have not purchased the product or secured it as yours. Orders may be canceled before payment is finalized or before your order has shipped, refer to the refunds and exchanges section below for more options.
Returns & exchanges
Should you have already paid but want to cancel an order, I will issue you a refund. Should the item not be to your liking, refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case to case basis. I want my customers to be happy!! I will do what I can to make sure you are pleased with your experience doing business with 604 Solutions. Should your order have shipped, I can issue you a partial refund (minus the shipping cost) unless the item in question was not as pictured or described in the listing, in which case you will be issued a full refund upon receipt of the item at 604 Solutions. Exchanges are always welcome, but shipping charges will be absorbed by the buyer.
Lost or damaged packages should be handled through the shipping carrier. You will be notified upon shipment of your order's shipping carrier, method, and any numbers associated with the package. I would be happy to add insurance to your package should you request it upon payment, but you will be required to pay an additional charge to cover it.
Please convo me if you want something slightly different, in another color, or a totally new and awesome custom item. I do not sell wholesale because my production is so low.
