I ship USPS first class rate and take packages to the Post Office Monday through Friday only. Items ordered on Saturday or Sunday will not begin being processed until Monday. I have a processing time of 48 hours for domestic orders and 72 orders for international. Let me know if you prefer a shipment method different from my preference, which is the US Post Office. I purchase my shipping labels through Paypal so a confirmation number can be emailed to you so you can track it, too. Any problems along the way - convo me.


Payments

I accept Paypal and Direct Checkout only. I cancel and relist my items after five days if I have not heard from you and the items have not been paid for. Please contact me ASAP when you think there will be a problem with the sale. I am flexible with advance notice as I know people and computers can make errors. If you wish to cancel a sale, convo me right away and we'll work it out. However, if it has already shipped, you received the shipping notice and then you change your mind it will be too late to cancel and you will have to ship it back for a refund that will be for the product only if it was unopened/unused.


Returns & exchanges

Contact me for concerns if any item is received damaged. I will work with you on replacements or refunds. I generally don't accept returns unless the item is grossly misrepresented or has failed to meet your expectation of a well crafted item that was offered for sale. Each item I make is hand decorated with quality products and will not be perfect but it will be handmade. However, should you change your mind because it's just not what you would like to keep here's the breakdown: the buyer pays shipping back and I will refund product price only when I receive the item in a re sellable/unused condition. This must all be handled within 7 days of receiving the item. I will not process any returns after the 7-day limit. Custom listings are welcome, but will have a less gracious return policy. I will not accept returns on custom listings unless I made an error and we had a convo to prove otherwise. Custom means that I take the time to create something specifically for you, so please be mindful when asking for such an item to be made. Specific return/cancellation policies will be discussed further before either side commits so hopefully there will be ease of mind for both of us. Should the Post Office lose your package, convo me and we'll work out replacements or refunds. Sometimes they are slow, but they are the most economical to use.

Please ensure your address is current and correct at the time of check-out. It's not always feasible to see your note if you send a private conversation after purchase with a new address.
