International shipping usually takes 10-14 days; however shipping may take longer due to delays in customs or for other reasons out of my control. International shipping is not by registered mail and is not insured unless requested by buyer for an additional fee. Please make sure you are aware of any International customs fees

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). If after you receive your item(s) in the mail you are not completely satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. I am more than happy to work with you to resolve any issues. You can return the item for a full refund (minus shipping) or a store credit. The item must be returned in its original condition. Refunds or credit will not be issued until returned item(s) are received. Shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer must also bear the cost of return shipping.
Custom and pre-orders cannot be returned.
