Items are shipped from Florence, Italy within 3 business days from order placement upon cleared payment and can take up to 5-10 business days for local delivery in Italy (or nearby) or up to 2 - 3 weeks or more for International delivery.
Most Items will be shipped via Poste Italiane, standard parcel post without tracking. Standard parcel post is less expensive, however it may take longer.
If you prefer expedited, tracked or insured delivery, DHL or Fed Ex will be used to enable international tracking - extra shipping fees will apply and will be quoted case by case before you place your order. Custom fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
For larger, heavy or super fragile items, we will quote the price in advance.
For buying of multiple items, I can combine shipping costs - please contact me for shipping quotation and provide your shipping city and postal code
Once items are shipped, we have no control - Lost or damaged shipments in the mail are not the sellers responsibility.
Damages during shipment - contact the carrier, in your area, take photos of the packaging and damaged item in order to make a report.
We care about the environment - Items will be packed with special care, using recycled packing material when available, For fragile items, we will use plastic bubble wrap, tissue, packing paper/newspring and hope you recycle or re-use again.
Buyers in Tuscany can arrange local pickup.
