-----INFORMATION NEEDED TO PROCESS CUSTOMIZATION--------
• If you do not include your information, your first proof may be delayed. We do not check every order to make sure all the info is there, so be sure to include it in your order or soon after!

• If you forget to include it in the "note to seller" box, you can message us after and we will add it to your order.

We can't keep an invitation design order open or on stand-by for more than a month.


------HOW QUICKLY DO I RESPOND TO MESSAGES?---------
• We try to get back to our customers ASAP, always. However, We are not on the computer at all hours. Please allow up to one business day to respond to your messages.


-------TYPOS--------
• Make sure all the information is correct before approving it. I am not responsible for any aspect of the printed card that I was not made aware of PRIOR to printing, including, but not limited to typos, and incorrect text.
(including the text of the original design)


-------ADDITIONAL CHANGES------------
• Once you approve the design it’s final and there will be a $5 fee to make *any additional changes. So be sure to make sure all info is correct before approving it.

• Once we sent the final file approved by you and you request change the size of your invitation this is not considered as a "*ADDITIONAL CHANGES" because we have to make a new invitation and make all the process again.
The additional cost for "NEW SIZE" is $9.50

• You get 2 free proofs. Any changes can be requested within 30 days of purchase. Once the final file is sent, we keep the file only for 5 DAYS, if you request a change after this time we will have to charge you the total of the invitation, because we have to make a new one for you.
if you request a change after 5 days or less we will charge only $5.00

ADDITIONAL CHANGES INCLUDES: Typos only NOT a new design or layout changes

• We cannot be held responsible for lost email. Some spam filters just won't let us through! If you haven't heard from us via email within 24-48 hours, please convo us through etsy and check your convos for our response.

• WE ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Providing you with a HIGH RESOLUTION / HIGH QUALITY printable design file.

****WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY:
• For poor print quality provided by the printing place you select.

• For money you paid for printing your cards. Ceremonia Glam cannot be held responsible for the color differences from computer screen to prints. With so many printing options available and companies from ink jet printer to photo paper the quality and differences are slight.
The costumer is responsible for printing.

• For helping you to figure out how to print using your home printer nor to provide troubleshooting assistance.
Once I have provided you with the high resolution printable file via email you are on your own with regards to printing - printing assistance is NOT part of the service I offer

NOTE:
You are paying for our time to customize your invitation and send you a high resolution digital image file for you to print at your local photo shop.

We also reserve the right to refuse business or refund charges to people who are rude.
